Published photographer Christina Simpkins is a member of Professional Photographers of Hawaii and a freelance photographer for several of the local newspapers. Her work is as diverse and colorful as her clientele. In the span of a week she may go from shooting intimate, artistic wedding shots to 'behind the scenes images on feature films and TV series. Some of her latest work can be seen on the TV series North Shore, the upcoming Documentary The Glades Project as well as the feature films Tides of War and Phantom Below.

Working as an actress and print model as well she is indeed comfortable on either side of the camera. When asked which role she prefers, photographer or actress, she claims "As long as I am part of the 'creative process' I am in heaven...though a thought provoking role would be most welcomed!" She has had several one woman exhibits in both Hawaii's fine art galleries as well as Honolulu's popular restaurants.

Christina was recently chosen by the Publisher of Network Media to shoot a series entitled "High Performance' this will be featured early this year. She will be Hawaii International Film Festivals photographer for their yearly Oscar Night as well as the Hawaii Voices of Change Gala.
